K-LED LASH is a a new Eyelash Extensions technique using special adhesive that cures completely in 2 seconds when LED
light of a specific wavelength hits it. After total cure in 2 seconds, no more worry about sticking to the lashes around it. No need to dry with a fan or cure ir over time after the procedure.
Are the LED Lights in LASHQUEENAIL’s K-LED Lash really safe?
It is safe. Our K-LED Lash Lamp has passed Korean Certification (KC) and is performed using visible light, not UV or Infrared.
KC is a mandatory safety certification scheme for electrical appliances, machinery, and other designated products sold in South Korea. KC Mark signifies that a product has passed more than 140 different test marks which complies with Korean safety regulations and quality standards.
Visible light wavelength refers to the wavelength range that can be seen by the human eye, It is a wavelength that we always use in daily life basis such as lighting, sterilizer, car headlights, TV monitors, etc.
Because its wavelength within the visible range, it is harmless to the body and does not cause significant damage to the eyes. But it is recommended
to avoid looking directly at it. K-LED Lash extensions treatment does not have large irradiation range, and skin & eyes are further protected by attaching LED light blocking sheet (patch) with minimal exposure time.
Wavelength
A type of electromagnetic wave, and its properties change depending on the length of the wavelength. The shorter the wavelength, the stronger the energy and the greater impact to the human body. The longer the wavelength, the weaker the energy, but it penetrates deep into the skin.
What is Visible Light?
A wavelength range of 400-780nm which is between Ultraviolet and Infrared. Our K-LiufLamp is performed with a visible light of 405nm wavelength, which is the safest among existing LED wavelength, making it safe.
What is Ultraviolet?
Ultraviolet is categorized into 3, UVA, UVB,UVC.
UVA 320-400nm, 90% of UVA is transmitted from the sun, although it has a weak effect on the skin, damages like aging, and pigmentation can accumulate.
UVB 280-320nm, Most UVB contained in sunlight is absorbed by the atmosphere, but some do reach earth’s surface
UVC 100-280nm, most UVC contained in sunlight is absorbed by the atmosphere, and does not reach earth’s surface. Artificial UVC is used as a UV Sterilizer, sterilization, etc.
